What if I am not great with tech?
No problems! I guide you through the whole process - it's easier than you might think!
What if I have an old phone?
Usually not an issue! But before anything we'll want to check and make sure there's enough space on your phone to fully operate the app. Though older phone cameras may produce lower quality images, I have a full toolbox ready to help in a variety of ways!
What if I don't have a nice or large space?
You really don't need a large or perfectly staged space. As a matter of fact, one of my superpowers is finding spots, vignettes and niches for backdrops wherever you are and can show me - indoors or outdoors!
Do I immediately get to see the photos?
The photos save privately to my account for processing so you will not get to see all of them right away. You will receive a gallery within 24-48 hours (depending on what type of session) where you can make selections according to the package purchased.
Do I need an iPhone or and Android?
Either one works! You just want to ensure the front (screen) camera is not scratched, broken, or covered by a protector as that can reduce quality of the images.
Can I use my iPad , Laptop, or Desktop computer for the photoshoot?
No, the app only allows for photos through phone cameras. You will use your iPad, Laptop or Desktop for connecting on Zoom only.
